Perrin Ehlinger has excellent experience in the architectural design of facilities, space planning / interior design, including renovations of older structures requiring adherence to historical preservation guidelines. He also is proficient and experienced in structural analysis and design of the buildings we design.

He is proficient in computer drafting skills as well as how to put a building together in a professional manner. He is involved in the production of Contract Documents in the areas of floor plans, wall sections, plan sections, toilet partition details, cabinet details, site details, stair details, structural plans and details.

Mallory Glueck is a New Orleans native. She received her first degree magna cum laude from Delgado Community College (2011), then went on to the University of Louisiana Lafayette where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Architecture (2016) and a Masters of Architecture (2018). Mallory holds technical certifications in computer aided design and drafting, environmental design, as well as millwork carpentry. Mallory's grandfather and father owned a sheetrock company while she was growing up, providing years of first-hand experience on construction sites since childhood. Combined with Mallory's mother being a civil engineering technician for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, one could say Mallory was raised to be an architect.

Dana Ehlinger completed the Value Engineering Course and received the certificate from the Huntsville Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in March, 1992.
As a principal of Ehlinger & Associates, P.C., Dana has over 20 years experience in the management, coordination and scheduling of multi-disciplinary projects. Systems have been developed, installed and tested by Dana within the firm to monitor project progress, cost-control, and meeting of deadlines to assure clients of the highest levels of quality control.


Karen G. Ehlinger

Administrative Assistant & Accounting

Office Manager of our Huntsville office and Marketing Director, Karen Guelfo Ehlinger has a BA in English from Louisiana State University and an MFA in Communications from the University of New Orleans. Since moving to Huntsville, Karen has assisted the architects with day to day operations in our branch office as well as coordinated marketing efforts for both the Alabama and Louisiana offices.


Damon Batiste

Customer Relations

Damon was born and raised in Kenner, Louisiana. He is a graduate of St. Augistine High Schol in New Orleans and attended Southern University of Southwest Louisiana in Lafayette, Louisiana. Damon is responsible for customer relations to assure architectural satisfaction and compliance on each project and endeavor by this firm.

His background in production and music brings a fresh outlook for the Firm in terms of creative design and ideas. Damon is founder of New Orleans South African Connection (NOSOCONN) outreach betweeen the City of New Orleans and South African communities. Also, in his free time, he manages various productions, including the most recent Lundi Gras show at the New ORleans River4fromnt featuring the Batiste family musicians.


Corin A. Ehlinger

Administrative Assistant

Corin wqas born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama. She is a graduate of Lee High School in Huntsville and graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville with a degree in General Biology. Corin is responsible for administrative tasks and assists the architects with marketing efforts in the Lousiana office since she has moved to Metairie.

Ladd P. Ehlinger, AIA

Ladd Paul Ehlinger Sr. passed away Saturday May 29 2021 at Ochsner Hospital in Metairie, Louisiana, at the age of 80 years.

Born on November 18, 1940, Ladd graduated from East Jefferson High School in 1958 and received a Bachelor of Architecture at the College of Engineering, Louisiana State University and the Henry Adams Fund Award for Scholarship in 1964. He served honorably in the US Coast Guard for several years before founding his architectural and engineering firm Ehlinger and Associates, PC in 1968. He enjoyed an illustrious Architectural career spanning more than 50 years. Ladd also hosted architectural continuing education courses for the Professional Focus Group from 1999 to 2017, which was founded to promote technical excellence in architecture.
